Leaving in Just about an hour!

Well the time has come to go on my trip and I am finding as much as I have been looking forward to going, I am having sad feeling that I am leaving as well! This the first extended trip I have made without the hubby and I feel like I am missing a piece already and I have not even left yet!

I have always known that we spend most of out time together but did not realize how much of it I was happy just to be near him.

Well Have to get ready to leave! All you faithful readers make sure to stop in and say Hi to Mik and his blog while I am gone.

Off To Have Some Fun

Well, I am off in the morning and will be gone for ten days while I go on vacation with my mother. Just want to say I look forward to reading you all when I get back and I am sure I may have a photo or two to post.

My daughter called and said that they all are settling in. The kids love their new school and 2 of them are on field trip's today. My daughter is loving being able to put the new house together and is in enjoying the heat in Texas. Here are the recent school photos of the kids that she has sent me

My Tuesday Treasure For Eph 28:10

On of most important treasures to me is not one that I can place on a shelf to look at or put in a CD to listen to. It is one that I carry with me in my heart every moment of my life and that I My Mother and the relationship we have and the bond that God has put between us.

She is not only my Mother but also my Best Friend. We take time to spend with each other. We are going on a trip this next week where I will be gone for the next 10 days. We are taking a train trip to meet up with my older sister in Reno where she has a timeshare.

April is the birthday month for all of us so we are getting together to share it. Which is a rare treat as I live in Washington and my sister lives in California.

Remembering The Meaning of Easter!

I just want to say That I want to give Thanks to God for giving us His Son so we can have a second chance. I praise God for His Love and mercies and forgiveness that he has shown to us.

Men Will Be Boys

Mik has just got a new game for his computer and he seems to be having a bit of trouble with how fast it wants to load and is a bit in slow running when playing. Tonight he was trying to get it to load and looked at me in frustration and said When you go vacation with your Mom next week I am going to download this thing on your computer and get to play it. It reminded me of when my son was still living at home and wanted on the computer. Had that look in his eyes of OH please can I play for awhile... It seems not matter how old they get they still need there toys to play with. And as for Me Well I guess I have better one since he wants mine while I am gone. I have to say that I understand how he feels as I have to have my toys too! My Gamecube and Pogo keeps me somewhat busy when he is working and I have not had the kids.

Although that will be doing some changing with in the next year as I am making plans to go back to school for my G.E.D. Then I want to take some health classes and learn more on the healthy ways to care for the body and what it needs to keep running well.

Well, This is the last family photo I will be able to take for awhile as my daughter has said her goodbye's and leaves in a couple of days for there new home. Here is a photo of the family and as you can see Arthur is doing much better and it was a joy to have them all here with me over night before the leave.

Well Arthur is doing much better and got out of the hospital today. They said they were not sure what he had but that some of the results are still waiting to return. They decided to treat him like he had some kind of bacteria infection like E coli, waiting test results to see if that is what it was. He was on an IV and with in 24 hours doing much better.

So this after noon and all the kids came down and are spending the night and going to church with us in the morning. We spent the evening watching movies and talking. It was nice to have them here. My youngest daughter came over and had dinner with us and her two kids and he hubby joined us after he got off work.

So it all looks like it will work out for my oldest and her family to be heading off to there new home in Texas this week. I just wanted to make sure I said Thank You for your prayers and the comments left. I have not had much to go blog hopping but will be doing tomorrow after they all leave.
