Dentist Update

Well I finly got out of the dentist office 4 1/2 hours later. I thought it was never going to end. I ended up with one of those modern dentist that has everything new and up to date in his office.

And it was becuse of that I had such a long visit. I ended up with them having to do some drilling to clean out what was left of the old filling and then having a root canal done then to top that off!
The dentist had the maching needed right there to make growns so I had to go through all the things that go with filling butting on a crown all in one sitting.

I am one that does not numb well so He kept having to give me shots so I could not feel it. I know I talk alot but to have to hold my mouth open with out a break for almost the whole time was even a bit much for me!

At least he did send me home some pain meds for a few days. But I do have admit that at the moment I have not been having much pain.

Well I found a dentist and I have a appointment later this afternoon. So I seek all your prayers for it.

Pain and Frustration

Late last night I started with a bad toothache. I could hardly wait to for this morning to come so I could call the dentist to get. Well to me surprise my dentist is no longer any where to be found. So I started searching the area for one that could get me in today. about 3/4 are not open on Monday others are at a meeting in the area and the one I was able to talk to said they could not get me until Wednesday.

I am so Thankful for a friend that has an Aunt from Canada. Over there you can get a codeine mix over the counter with out having to go to the doctor for it. To me today she is my angel, she sent her husband over with some for me to kill the pain. I saw a neighbor early and she asked what happened to my face it was all swollen. Until she said that I had not look in the mirror yet. I was surprised when I did the swelling goes from under my chin to over the left and fat cheek I looked some tried to push all the fat from my face on the left into one side. LOL!! I have to laugh if I don't I will cry.

I ask for everyone's prayers the tomorrow I can find someone to get me right away.

Another weekend come and almost Gone

Well here it is Sunday late afternoon and it seems like it went by in a blink of an eye. The way times seem to move so fast can really get a person thinking. When I feel it is going by this fast it makes me think of all of the things still left undone. I am not talking about household chores or books to read or even bills left to be paid.

What goes across my mind it the things I have still have undone for the Lord and what He shown me that he wants me to do. There are times where I feel Yes Lord ! I know but do I have to right now. When you look all around you and see what is going on in the world and all the people that have yet come to know how loving and forgiving GOD is I know the answer to that question. Yes NOW! Remember I want you to prepare a place for me and my return and I will be returning at any moment so Always be on guard and have an open heart and ear to my will and what to do and as soon as I ask you to do it before it is to late.

I am began to see and know and feel deep in my soul that now is the time to be in Prayer and Worship for our families , friends, government, and world. For we are heading for a battle and now is the time to prepare for it.

Well! I guess that just said the area that GOD is speaking to in my life. I have to confess I have not been the strongest reader of his word or the most dedicated but I have always been open to his love and felt he love the people of the world. He has such a caring heart.

I heard something said by a Guest speaker at my Church and it has really got me thinking on things. He talked about the gifts of the spirit and the way we are open to hear from God and How a Pastor he went hear at a revival. The man talked hearing from God and Getting into his presence. He told of a time where he was allowed to ask God one question and get an answer. And the question was. Lord why is it that you let your people suffer in the world and all the ones that have turned their back on you seem to have everything going good in their lives. The Reply was one that well always affect me deeply.

His answers You see I am a loving God and I know that my people may suffer some here on earth for a short time and then have eternal peace with me in Heaven. And Because I am a loving God I want to show my love to those who deny me. Because that is only for a short as they Will never have Eternal peace and suffering instead.

After hearing that I have been Thanking God for All I have been going through my time here on earth no matter if it is Bad or Good. For I know it is only for a short time and I will be able to be with Him forever.

Hello All,

This week has been a real busy one keeping me on my toes! Lots of items to tag, price & hang. I work for a local thrift store that is well know and very big.
I am what they call the men's pricier. Well I have a quota of how many items I need to get out on the floor. Anywhere from 1000 to 1300 items a day , which means I have roll about 10 13 racks a day weighing about 150 to 200 lbs. So it keeps me on my feet most of the time. Well to get to the point.

When I got off work today for the weekend I was really dead on my feet. But I got to get off 2 hours early today so I could go with my Mom and a friend from church that is her coordinator For her wedding. We shopping for her Dress.
God really took that in hand and Blessed my Mom with a wonderful flowing outfit and matching shoes and clutch for very low cost. We were able to get it over fast. So my Took us out to dinner at The Olive Garden. It was nice to know that I did not have to come home and make dinner.

Now I am going to just take sometime to rest and do some web surfing. The Hubby got me a new computer for our Wedding anniversary last month so there is a lot I need to learn about it. It came with the MS Vista so I have lots to keep me busy.

A little late! with my Blessings

Wow what a Monday I had at work. I was kept busy and a lot of my regular customers came in. Blessings is that they missed me while I was out sick later part of last week. It was nice to know that it was noticed that I was out. Blessings 2 After work the hubby took me shopping and he got us a really nice new set for our bed which included 10 things and accent pillows and plus the softest set of sheets I have ever slept on. I was totally spoiled by him. Gave some money and told me I had to spend it on myself. Not Bills, other people or the Grand kids and that is the hard on for me! I do like to buy for my self. That was for Monday.

Now for too day. I had a great day at work. Then after after that I went out to dinner with my Mom ( which I did get spend a little on someone else He He!) Then We went to out Tuesday night bible study. My Mom and I have a date night every Tuesday doing dinner and our women's bible study. I am blessed that I get the time with her.

I have not been home long and I still have somethings to do so I should end it here.

My Godly Family Seems to be growing

I went to church today to watch a video of our mission team that went over to the Philippines. I got to see my 2 girls that we sponsor over there preaching and teaching to all the children. I was wonderful to see how much they are growing in there faith. But What else I learned watching is the they have a younger sister that is about 16 or so. Well it took no time at all for God to prompt me to tell my Pastors wife that we will also sponsor her. If only You could see the video I seen of the 3 of them praising and singing out to God it would of made you fall on your knees.

There is another there that is very special she was born with no legs and arms and hands she has just partial feet. She writes with her toes. She has a real hunger for God and she was singing and Dancing to God and to see someone that in most peoples eyes as a person that disabled, All I could she was how blessed she felt being about to live her life and loving God to the fullest. She showed what it really means to be Thankful and Joyful before the Lord and the Spirit of God shinned all around. It show me that I whine to much and need to be Thankful every minute of my life and that I need to reach that goal of where I can.

What's been going on.

Well, Where do I start. I had a busy end to last summer with my grand kids and Then I was down sick for a bit and after that I started working a new job that has kept me busy and tired when I am home at night. So I had to take some time adjust to working for the first time in 3 years.

Over the last few months I have been taking sometime to really do some soul searching and what is important in life and the direction I needed change. The first and foremost has been getting my Spiritual life in order and working on getting closer to God.

I know that God has a plan for me life and I needed the time to wait and see what it is that He is preparing me for. The first thing is for my Husband and I to start sponsoring 2 Sister as from the Philippine's. They are 19 and 17 the oldest one is about to graduate from bible school and the younger one will graduate this month and then she will be starting bible school. I have really seeking what it is that God wants us to do for them.

Then I was also getting ready to have a new Grandchild the was born in January. It was a boy and that now gives us 8 grandchildren. So as of what I am up to doing now is, things for my mother. She is 75 and going to be getting married in June to a wonderful man. I will be honored to have him as my new Dad (even if he is only 5 years older than me!) All of my brothers and sisters will flying in for the wedding and it will be a great gift for my Mom. You see my oldest brother was taken from her when he was only two by his father that stayed on the run his whole life. I only found my brother 10 years ago on the net. It will be the first time she has had all of us together at one time.

Well that is whats going on so far. I will be making time to post her more often and share what new patches are being added to make my quilt larger.

Long Time No Blog

Hello to my long lost readers. Well it has been a while since I have posted on my blog. My life went crazy for a bit but now I am able to take a little time to get back to it. I hope to here from you all and hear how you all are doing.
